The Nagel Citoborma 290 AB is a heavy-duty two-spindle paper drilling machine built for accurate, repeatable hole drilling in medium- to high-volume print finishing environments. It is designed with two adjustable drill heads, with centre spacing typically set between 45 and 160 mm, allowing it to handle a wide range of filing and binding hole patterns. The machine offers a pile height capacity of up to 60 mm, paper width up to 470 mm and throat depth up to 105 mm, making it suitable for substantial stacks and larger sheet sizes.
A key feature of the 290 AB is its FlexoDrill sliding table, which supports fast centring, smooth positioning and multiple preset drilling programmes for efficient setup. The AB version also includes a stand with automatic lift, helping improve speed and operator ease during longer runs. Suitable for paper, card and certain other materials, the Citoborma 290 AB is engineered for precise, dependable drilling performance in demanding production settings.
